Despite having perfect signal, after connecting to our BT WiFi network, the Sky Q box loses connection. This has only started hapenning in the last couple of days and is infuriating - why wont it work?!?! Please help 🙏

Have you tried rebooting your router followed by your Main box - If not may I suggest you do (or even again if you already have)

Hello - thanks for the reply. I did this yesterday and it worked throughout the evening, but having got back today, I'm back to square one with the connection dropping out after a few minutes 😐. I'll give it another go ...
