Sky Q 2Gb box freezes after latest software upgrade. Had to power off/on.

After latest Q software updates 2 days ago, the box freezes sporadically with a buzzing  sound.

Turned off /on TV which went to HDMI and screen went hazy white specles like when an ariel has been removed from a standard TV connections.

Tried powering off from remote which didn't work so had to power off box at socket.

This has now happened  3 times so would appreciate if anyone else has encountered the same, if so how was it fixed..?.

Certainly no Software updates have recently gone out.

Last one was months ago.
