Sky Q 17B UHD recording
Just upgraded to Q box. How do I stop and/or re-start a completed recording at times I choose? For example on a 30 minute recording, how would I re-start it at c. 13 minutes to run for 6 minutes, and thern restart it again at c. 24 minutes to run until the end. This was easy to do on my previous box. Sometimes what seems to be a time slider appears under the picture, but it lasts for about 2 seconds.

Re: Sky Q 17B UHD recording
Use the voice control button and say "go to xx minutes" etc.

hi @Charles137
As @Daniel0210 says the easiest is via voice control :- handy controls are :
Skip nn minutes
Go To nn minutes
Back nn minutes
You can use hours, minutes & seconds or mix e.g. Go to 1hour 15 minutes
Skip nn minutes is very handy for adverts and you get used to the length on regular used channels (Many are around the 4 minute mark)
You can also say Go To Start
Voice control in general is very useful - see
