2 issues
1. Audio misses out 1/10 words when watching Sky News via Q mini box with in line of sight 8 metres from Sky Q box. Word drop out whilst newscasters "mouth" words. Rewind and the words are there. Also happens on a third TV via another mini box. Issue is not there via main TV Sky Q box via Ethernet.
2. Second issue is that although I can have 4 Sky minis on the system, I only have 3 attached and if using 1 and 2, all is ok. If I turn both off, number 3 will not operate as the system continually states that too many boxes are being used. This is clearly an error, but I don't know how to fix it.
Solutions much appreciated- many thanks in advance

You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky. You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.
Be aware the original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. To check if you have the non UHD 1TB box check in:-
Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version
If it shows as 32Cxxx then you have a non UHD 1TB that only supports 1 active mini box.
All 2TBs and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit two mini boxes. Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.

Thank you- O have a 2TB Q box and as stated the system does not perform to the standards you've cut and pasted from the Sky user guide. The third box will not connect even when no other TV's or boxes are on.
