Hi anyone else have the same issue we face, we have the full UHD Package, lots of films on the Sky Movies show available in UHD (bottom right at the end of the film description) however when you select the movie, only HD or S is an option.
We have gone through all the settings, and tried most trouble shooting
Any help will be much appreciated
