Sky Minibox not working and cannot connect oto settings or anything to try to reboot

Sky Minibox has stopped working. Unable to enter settings to try reboot. Have re booted the main Sky Q Box but no success. Does a sky minibox have a shelf life and can it be re-set remotely?

Hi @DM58 Have you tried rebooting the Mini box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec, then turn back on to reboot?
