Just had new Sky Q and new Sky Mini Box. Got all of the multiroom subscription I need etc. Sky Mini Box is linked to the Sky Q. Home page, tv guide, time, all working BUT preview screen is black saying "PROGRAMME UNAVAILABLE" and when you select a channel the text at the top of a blue screen reads "PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ENTITLES YOU TO VIEW THIS CHANNEL... etc". My subscription does include this! Tried rebooting, reconnecting, relinking etc. dozens of times... same thing. Wondered if problem occured when I set up Ultra so turned that off too. Still nothing. Wonder if in relinking (or whatever it's called) and starting over, it thinks it's a different Sky Mini Box. Please help. Thank you.

@darrendarren try pressing the home button then scrolling down to settings then status does it have a tick against watch on Sky Q mini box if not scroll accross then down to that and across to re-activate and press that

Yes it has tick there. None of the obvious solutions have worked!

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Im having the same issues. were you able to fix? Tried every possible reboots and still not working. Havent been able to watch anything for a week now.
