Sky mini box kept freezing/ not connecting/ running slow / working ok then stopped working altogether, Did all the problem solving instructions. ( didn't work )Sky Q main box worked fine. By chance just tried again, switched on Sky Mini Box before I switched on Main Box and the Sky mini box is working but only if the Main Sky Q box is off. Turned Main Box back on and the Mini Box froze again. Any help appriciated please
