Sky Mini Box has connectivity problems when I use my ps5 on the tv with the main box

Hello!

I have an issue with my sky mini connection failing every time I use the tv in our main room to play ps5.

Set up as follows:

main room + main sky box + ps5 - Sony TV

broadband supplied by sky and both boxes connected to the router via WiFi

second room + sky mini box - Panasonic TV

process:

turn on Sony tv in main room with sky, no problem, both boxes work. Turn on PlayStation and then connection to sky mini box is lost

I Also have a PlayStation portal, when I use this to stream in the house then the sky mini box works fine - please note, this means the tv in the main room is switched off.

Also in the main room is a mesh network node, this connects into the TV and ps5 via Ethernet - it does not connect into the sky box. The problem happens regardless of if the mesh node is next to the sky box or not.

thanks in advance! I've tried searching, turning off and on, disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi, performing a rain dance, changing the Bravia sync settings as well as the Viera ones too. Can't get anything to work!

so it turns out the Sony TV in the main room was not connected via a lan cable, turned off the WiFi, connected via cable and now it seems to work.

no idea why... but it works.
