Sky MINIQ box can’t get pass settings to set up

We have 2x mini skyQ box's one in kitchen one in bedroom do everything as instructed. but can't get pass settings

hi @SSALMON 

 

If you are seeing a message regarding accessibility then try the followimg (might also work if not):

 

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

 

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
