Re: Sky F1 UHD / HDR feed stutter
I managed to get my V2 box swapped out for a new V3 2TB Thankfully I got an excellent and understanding engineer who rang round his colleagues to source one .
So far no stutters and box is running well

Re: Sky F1 UHD / HDR feed stutter
Hi @moletp,
All sorted. 2T V3 box fitted, and now without put set to 2160 and we're able to watch the Z95B in all its full UHD glory.
Just after 1 pm not one but 2 Sky engineers arrived and quickly set about swapping out the V2 for a fresh V3, although they explained it didn't nearly happen, because the engineer booked to do the job didn't actually have a V3 on his van, luckily another engineer nearby did. They explained the only external difference between the boxes is the V3 has its power supply integrated, also meaning the box itself supplied in is smaller, that is the only way they know which is which on the van, so now I don't have the bulky external PSU to content with. They connected the box to my router, registered it, reset my 3 minis, even remade the cable ends and after they noticed a sticky power button they replaced one of my remotes too. I almost forgot to mention that they fixed the power off issue by turning off the ambience mode.
All in all very happy with the engineers service and even happier that I can now take the enormous box the Z95B came in to the tip.
I hope my experience helps others.
Nige.
