Sky Extender shows power and Wi-Fi to be green but fails to connect

The mini Sky Q box is not working presumably because it is not connected to the Sky Extender. I have BT broadband that is working well. The main Sky Q box is working as it should. I have tried placing the Extender close to the BT router but still only get two of the three green lights - power and Wi-Fi green but no light re Connection.

How do I re establish a Connection? I have attempted to Reset multiple times? I assuming that when a connection is made with three green lights, then the mini Q box will work!?

@HughH1 If you have a Sky booster then you need to connect the booster to you main Q box by pressing the WPS button on both boxes then connect the booster to your mini box

It won't connect to your router by wifi
