Sky Engineer didn’t turn up to set up our TV

It says that there was an issue getting the engineer out to us and Sky would be in touch to let us know the next steps but we've heard nothing?

Hi @Dozmelek   I'm afraid that your fellow customers can't do anything to help you with that. The best corse of action is to contact Sky or have a look on your Order Tracking.
