We had Sky Q and have a EL022 wideband satellite and our new freesat 4k box is telling me there is no signal. Can anyone help please. I was under the impression this would work no issue with a new freesat box.

 Try this ..............

• On your remote control press "Home"
• Select "Settings"
• Select "Freesat Channels"
• Select "Channel Scan"
• Select "Begin Channel Scan"
• During the Signal Test, the LNB type should be identified;
• Select "Proceed to Set Up Your Channels"
• Enter your postcode
• A channel search should then find your "Freesat Channels" and resolve the issue.

I've just got it sorted it wasn't showing me the lrb option but it seems I had the cables pulled too taught and pushing them back and giving them slack worked despite them being fully screwed in to the back of the box 🤦🏼‍♀️ rookie error!
