Sky Cinema HD Channels only, are pixelated.

Have only just enabled thesechannels, and have performed the suggested Sky Q box reset.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Hi @Gray+Boy 

The Signal strength on Q is not indicative of the channel you are watching as it is taken from just one random transponder.

What do you mean when you say you have only just enabled these channels ?

Hi @Gray+Boy 

If the issue continues then it's best to a Sky Engineer to check your Satellite dish alignment.

Minor dish misalignment will not necessarily affect all channels  and the ones with the weakest signals will be the first affected.

That seems the only option I have left, as I've tried all the other suggestions to no avail.
