Sky Broadband not connected to Sky Q

Hi,

 

We are experiencing issues with our Sky Broadband, the lights are all green but the connection is not connected to our Sky Q box. 

it's not allowing us to connect this and we have tried all the steps on website.

The sky Q box connects to the router, not the other way round. Might seem pedantic but thinking about it that way helps troubleshooting.

 

worth trying a reboot of the router first then the sky Q box.
