Sky 2nd box won’t find other Sky box

hi yet again I can't speak to anyone from Sky , I got the extra Sky box , for my bedroom, I've tried loads of times to get it to connect, he's saying, Can't find device, so my friend as the same in his bedroom,, he's tried 8 / 10 Times and same can't find other box , Ide love to use it , in bedroom,, but it just doesn't work, ow do I get too cancell & send there box back, & a refund £35 years ne of payment they took ,, please I just want my money back,,

@Stephens+joy did you both get the boxes from Sky and do you pay for the Sky multiroom/screen subscription 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

No my mate had his ages, but he knows how to get the 2nd box to connect, Yet it won't,, I just want a number to speak to Sky , it's a joke trying to get contact with Sky ,, But Why ???? I've tried loads of numbers yet nothing,, I want my money back , & send this box back for god's sake

It won't connect without a multiroom sub.  It is unlikely they'll refund the admin fee.  (Although it depends on how it was ordered as arguably they shouldn't send one with the sub)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
