Sk q box stuck on a blue screen message on start up

The blue Q indicator keeps spinning. The orange indicator is on. The screen says

SKY

WHEN THE SCREEN GOES BLANK, PRESS HOME TO GET STARTRED

 

All on line advice has been attempted. Any suggestions?

I actually need an engineer to setup my sky box. It's because i have my room settings and the main cable is not long enough to reach to the sky box.

More details please if you want advice @Shafqat2 

 

edit: our posts crossed. If running an extension cable to the new box location won't work call Sky and arrange an engineer. There will be a charge for this.
