Since the sky Q app issue, my remote isnt working properly

Since the SKY Q app issue where the box kept powering down, I no longer have volume control on the remote and the blue button to recognise  voice requests is no longer working. 

 

Anyone know how to resolve these issues please?

You need to re pair your Sky Q remote.

 

  1. Hold down 7 and 9 together until the remote light flashes 4 times to reset your remote
  2. Hold down 1 and 3 together to re-pair it
  3. Select Continue and enter follow the on screen instructions.
