Since the engineer installed a new sky tv box, the tv flickers when on and also says deutschland

Since the engineer installed the sky box, the tv now flickers and needs to be turned on and off constantly. Also it says deutschland

@Cefnegf  Check the HDMI cables are securely pushed in on both the TV & Box, for the Sky Deutschland message that is your TV showing that and can be edited within the TV's menus by using the TV's remote not your Sky Q remote.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
