@softy99 what make and model of tv have you got. Usually with SkyQ there needs to be an adjustment of the TV's motion settings. On a Samsung you'll find these under picture settings and set them all to off. Sorry don't know much about other manufacturer's tv's but with LG I believe it is called clear motion.
