Since having a q box had engineer back four times picture and sound go off then back on

Maddening the q box has been changed also changed hdmi cables around free view ok also dvd the picture just goes off as if someone pulled the plug out then comes back on power lights on q box and television stay on in just seems to lose the signal any ideas,

Hi @Gareth+R+w Try changing the video output from your SKYQ box to 1080i.
