Since Sky Q installation, other TV’s in house have no signal

Sky Q was installed. Main box is working.

Digital TV's in other rooms no longer have any signal/snowy picture when switched on.

Sky Q technical advisors have not been able to help.

Hi @Skyq7 

There is not any RF (terrestrial outputs ) on Sky Q so you will have lost the ability to use the Q box for RF out.

You will need to buy a simple powered aerial splitter to take the input from your terrestrial aerial and feed it to your main TV and also to the other Televisions.

Something like the following

Thank you. I have had so many calls with Sky and not one adviser could offer any help. I'll try that

You may be able to simply connect the RF in to the RF out connection that was previously in the Sky HD box.

 

Sky Q installers will not touch RF cables as part of the installation.  But as noted the Sky HD box had RF in and out connectors.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
