And if you're on your phone using wifi? Was that what you meant? What about the sky Q box in that case?

If I use WiFi on the phone it doesn't show either, only when I use data(funny fact, also sky)
but the sky Q box is connected to the WiFi, tried Ethernet cable too, and it doesn't show the content on my "continue watching list". If I search the shows they are there but I can't play them, only turn on a reminder for when it's available?
really annoying.
Only just moved to Sky broadband and tv, really annoyed this is happening. If I knew I wouldn't have.

The fact it happens on your phone suggests to me it's their issue and the fact it works on one network but not another suggests it's probably an IP address geo mapping thing.
