Are you sure you're not using an age restricted profile on the Q? I see all of the shows you say don't show up.

Having same issue. I have sky glass and started watching Freaky last night and went to go back to watching it after a little break and at first it said I had a VPN connected and now the film has gone. My daughter watching Gossip Girl and that's gone too. Both are still on Netflix on our phones.

Found plenty forums on sky community all having the same issue, raised my own last night, if you speak to Netflix they just point you to sky and it doesn't seem like anyone from sky has a clue!
