Should I have paramount+ with Sky Q

So I have sky Q and a mini box. I was told I should have paramount + but I can't seem to subscribe without having to pay the subscription fee. 
how do I resolve this?

Paramount+ only comes with Sky Cinema. If you don't have that as part of your package then you'll need to pay to subscribe.
