Hi there,
I have cancelled my Sky TV subscription and will be returning my Sky Q equipment in due course.
Is there any information on my Sky Q box that should be deleted before returning it?
Also, do any of the cables need sending back with the box and remote? Many thanks!

hi @dancingfan
You should log out of all the different apps you may have used - each one may be slightly different of how to do this, although it usually means navigating within the apps to the settings tab.
Regarding the leads, you should return both the HDMI & power cables with the box & if you have a V2 2TB box the separate power supply

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreRemove your viewing card and keep it. If, for whatever reason, you decide to return to Sky Q, Sky will expect you to have done this and won't automatically send out a new card on re-subscribing.
