Short loss of volume on recordings

When watching recordings the sound drops out occasionally. If we rewind the sound is fine.

This has just started for me too in the last couple of days - seems to be only on recordings, every few minutes the sound will cut out for a split second.

Me too but not just on recordings.

several recent posts on here all complaining of the same issue sound drops.
