Setting up Sky Q and BroadLink device for a Dementia sufferer .

Hi any help out there in how I go about getting all the remote buttons to be recognised on the BroadLink app / device . 
I saw somewhere about using buttons 4 and 6 on the remote to change to IR ! Can't find the chat now .

It's German, but shortly it should work to switch to infrared with buttons 4&6.
