I need to send my sky box back But I can't walk to the post office as to far and I don't have a label to send it back So how do I send it back as not very mobile????

Thank you But I don't have a printer and I'm old school .ie :everything in writing 😁.so thank you kindly for your reply.

I need to send my box back But i have no label and no I can't print a label either and post office to far to walk as I have mobility issues.I did post in the sky community But was told it was not the sky Q community in so many words But to me sky is sky and all I want is someone to come pick up my sky Q box and be done with it I'm not paying any fines so need help asap thank you 😁

I have moved your original post to the SKY Q group & merged your latst post onto your original.
It isn't so much about which part of the community but SKY Q boxes are treated differently by SKY +/HD

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch - they may be able to advise if RM could possibly bring the label but I don't know - or discuss any other ways to help

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
