Sending equipment back

Hiya... I need to send 2 mini boxes back but I can't find the 2nd remote. Would I get charge for that? My daughter doesn't know where it is.. we been long all week for it. Sorry

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

I doubt Sky will be concerned about a remote as long as the boxes are returned. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
