Seem to have signal problems watching Olympics today
Watching Olympics on BBC and then other programmes on other channels. Pictures sometimes breaks up, other time image freezes but audio continues. This has been on and off all day. I have tried the old switching off and on etc. as per the norm from Sky, but it persists. Now very frustrating. Getting a little bored of Sky performance having been on Sky Q since its release.
its been hot today but no storms so no idea what's going on.
any help out there ?

most likely dish alignment - you'll have to call Sky for an engineer to check it or pay for a local firm to do it quicker.

Hi @LuluGold14
If it is a satellite misalignment issue;
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Re: Seem to have signal problems watching Olympics today
Hi Laing1
satellite and us have been in the same place for 10 years. So not sure it's the issue. Could be the recent weather fronts I guess.

Re: Seem to have signal problems watching Olympics today
Hi @oldfella
Will give it a go but as we have been here 10 years and Sat has never moved, not sure this is the issue. I have an engineer coming out to look at poor wi-fi issues so can also ask them
