Discussion topic: Screen goes blank, status light stays green. Holding status button does nothing. Have to reboot.

Sky Q turns off. Status light stays green. Remote doesn't work. Only way to restart is reboot. Tried a reset (level 1). No change. Also recordings stating "programme no longer available.
