Screen goes black when watching programmes, been on phone to sky as couldn't access apps or tv guide and system was stuck saying please wait - infuriating - advent got time to keep calling sky for them to reboot everytime turning on and off different boxes and pressing buttons. It was all working fine but keeps happening last couple of weeks. Paying for this service and it's rubbish. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know why it's happening constantly?
