Screen freeze and blackout

Both my sky Q and mini box keep freezing. Then the screen goes completely black. After a few minutes it comes back on but it's pot luck if I can change channel. Sometimes I can scroll down and pick another channel but when you click on it it doesn't change to that channel

Hi @Sas7   If a simple power reboot doesn't help, then I'm afraid that you may have to contact Sky.
