Scaffolding blocking neighbours dish signal

Our scaffolding is blocking our neighbors sky dish signal. 
Would Sky temporarily re attach dishes to a scaffolding post?

Your neighbour needs to contact Sky (or a local company) and arrange an engineer to move the dish temporarily to another position, providing one is available. They may charge your neighbour £65.
