Says theres a problem with my hard disk drive so cant access Apps or recordings. Can get TV chanels
Service currently unavailable in Recordings.
Or Netflix etc due to a problem with the hard drive?

If a hardware swap is needed, remember to remove the Viewing Card before handing the defective box over on the doorstep.
