Nope, they sent an engineer out who said it's EE's fault and I should ring them to fix my hub. But there's nothing wrong with my hub as all other devices connected never have a problem. It keeps doing it more and more, sometimes after an hour of restarting it. I'm getting fed up of it now too!

First the power line adapters then he used like another mini hub soley for the sky q box and it didn't work

I have had this issue for one week.

One week ago I switched to Sky Broadband, with an Ethernet connection from hub to SkyQ box.

This surely cannot be a coincidence?!

I was with Community Fibre before and there were zero problems for two years. . The only reason I switched was because Sky was getting expensive and so they repackaged with Broadband tied in and it was all cheaper. I thought I was getting a good deal! 

The WiFi in certain parts of my home is now pretty patchy too, whereas it was great before. But it's all working to some extent. 

I have made a HUGE mistake and am going to try to reverse this and go back to CF. I pray it all goes back to normal and works properly again. 

The "help people" on the end of the phone really try their best to troubleshoot, but it's stuff I've already tried and they just don't listen. I was fobbed off eventually by the "eco mode" excuse. This has nothing to do with it as it happens when IN USE and at 11pm - and today the box has not reconnected at all. At my wits end, and very upset with Sky. I've been with them for over twenty years and this is the poor service I now get - at great expense! 😞

I've never heard of a Sky engineer installing powerline adapters before. What brand were they and did he connect them to all the sky boxes and the router?

I reset the broadband and the decor and called the WiFi connection on them the exact same name as this can confuse the connection. So far its been OK. I am sure its a matter of time.

If you mean Decos, I switched my router wifi off when I installed a mesh to avoid the contention.

After much researching and a lot of faffing about yesterday, I think it's ok.

Seems the mini box DOES interfere. 
I turned it off completely and removed the Ethernet cable, and also the Ethernet from the skyQ box and turned both WiFi channels back to ON.

The Q box immediately connected!

I then turned on mini box and it went down again. I then set mini box to just the 5mhz channel on.

Has been stable overnight and still connected this morning - all just via WiFi now.

Sky do not realise (or refuse to admit) that things are in conflict with their hardware and software, so cannot advice customers what the problem is, or what to do to fix it. 

I'm still holding my breath.... but really hope and pray I've resolved it!

Sorry miss type decos 

I reset the decos and made a new connection. Then name that wifi and the sky broadband wifi the exact same name
