That will have been the earliest available date in your area. 

If you aren't in a minimum term discount you have to give Sky 31 days notice to cancel whereby the engineer visit will only be a couple of days away. Once it's fixed you could ask Sky if they would consider crediting your Sky account for the period you've been without service.

Yeah, I know that, it's just the fact I am not receiving to channels and it's connected to my room tv as well. So I'm better getting another provider and I will be able to watch tv. And thanks for your reply and advice.

Are you also aware of the implications of "cancelling your contract" if you are still inside a minimum term agreement?  You well most probably need to pay the remainder of your minimum term before they will allow you to temrinate your contract (with 31 days notice)

No, it doesn't.

 

Your minimum term discounts end in May.

Unless you cancel your subscription continues but you'll be paying the undiscounted full price.
