Samsung tv says no signal and chrck power

Hi

 

using a sky q box. Over the last month I've started having an increasing number of messages from the tv saying no signal and check power from the sky q source. The sky box is  then unresponsive to the remote or the front buttons. Have to power off and power back on sky box which resolves the issue until the next time.  The tv itself is fine and i can use tv based apps and other devices when plugged into the same tv source work fine (eg dvd player) so suspect its not the tv itself. Happened 3 times within 2 hours last night and once already this morning. Using the latest software for the box. Any suggestions or similar experiences would be gratefully received thankyou!
