SKY supports WIFI or Bluetooth orinfrared control?
Hi,
I bought the sky Q E130 on eBay and it connects to WiFi, but I can't control it with WiFi. I have a Sofabaton universal remote that can control devices with WiFi, Bluetooth and infrared and I want to add all my devices to this one remote.
How can I add the sky Q E130 to the Sofabaton remote control?
I would also like to ask which sky product model supports WIFI and Bluetooth control?
Thank you.

If you bought a Sky Q box on eBay then I'm afraid you've bought stolen property.
Sky retain ownership of all Q hardware and only ever loan it to customers for the duration of their contract. They have the power to remotely deactivate the box so be prepared for them to do the same to you.
To answer your question - Sky Q remotes can use both Bluetooth & infrared, and Q boxes can also now be controlled via the Sky Go app when connected to the same WiFi network.

Re: SKY supports WIFI or Bluetooth orinfrared control?
Hi @vivianne98 Assuming that you mean ES130 which I believe is a Sky Q 32Cxxx non-UHD 1TB box. All of these boxes are owned by Sky. The only legitimate source is loaned from Sky. Even if people pay the non-return fee ownership still remains with Sky.

To answer your question Sky supports all three @vivianne98
Sky Go app is a bit limited as it doesn't offer the same features as Sky+ app
There are plenty of apps that operate Sky Q over wifi
But seeing as you sourced your Sky Q box not from Sky then none of the above will work that includes you Sky Q box as no doubt you have gathered it's stolen property.
I suggest you return the Sky Q box to the seller and have Sky Q installed via a Sky engineer then we may be in a better position to help you with the Sofabaton Remote.
