SKY TV not working (unresponsive to controller). Wifi and internet both functional. SKY BOX has be.

Sky tv not responsive to controller. Internet and wifi both fine.  Sky box has been rebooted with no effect.

Hello The sky engineer came yesterday and BT engineer came today he has fixed the problem of no connection to the broadband,  but I can't connect the sky WiFi broadband box to the TV I have tried but it still won't connect.

Please can you help me thank you.
