SKY Q suddenly not connecting to Internet

Last 24 hours SKY Q will not connect to the internet.

Internet is fine as I work from home.

Tried switching off, rebooting, reset network connections, pairing etc etc but nothing is resolving?

Engineer arranged but not till 30th October so would be great if anyone has any ideas?

Was fine until 24 hours ago. Nothing changed nothing moved.

I've been intermittently having the same issue last couple of days. I'm not on sky broadband and everything else seems fine.
