SKY Q images all dark blue.

SKY Q main box showing images but all very dark blue. Swapped HDMI cable, not that, swapped HDMI TV port, not that, TV fine for all other inputs. Mini box working fine. Everything rebooted. Everything cursed at.

Tried the SKY help facilitaties (online chat, phone call etc)  which put me in the infinite loops of options all leading me to this forum. 

Any options (sensible) out there or routes to talking to a human or better still, an engineer?

Hi @Dron   Reboot your broadband router first. Note the images may not update retrospectively, but should be okay going forward.

Hi mightyquin, satellite dish feed, no broadband dependency for most of the stuff we have. Rebooted the router just to try it but no difference. Thanks anyway.

Hi @Dron   The images are provided by the Internet on the Sky Q satellite box.
