Hi just changed from Sky broadband to a new supplier as the costs are much dearer. I suspect as my Sky contract is valid for another month, that could be the problem?
I am unable to connect the SKY Q box to my new broadband supplier. The box recognises that I have an internet connection but it refuses to connect after putting in the passord - which is not a quick process.
Like other Sky customers it is frustrating that we can't actually speak to someone to resolve the problem, the virtual assistant is time consuming and hopeless.
