SKY Q box disconnecting, mini box constantly losing connection

So frustarted!!!!

Q box constanly disconnects from the internet, whislt watching apps or recordings. Apps have been refreshed, BT have been to check the connection and there is no issue. Minibox constantly disconnects and needs manual intervention.

Worst service i've ever paid for, constantly kills the enjoyment of watching anything on Apple or Netflix.

Currently experiencing constant connectivity issues with Sky Q Box and Sky Q Mini-box. Needs resetting on a daily basis despite broadband being good. Not a happy bunny at this price!
