SKY Q box continuously disconnects from the BT internet (wireless)
SKY Q box continuously disconnects from the BT internet (wireless), this then means all mini boxes disconnect and i have to go through the pain of reconnecting each one

The Q box will only connect via 2.4GHz and it creates its own 5GHz mesh on channel 36.
Ensure the BT hub is not steering to 5GHz (which will cause disconnects) and it's 5GHz band is far clear of ch 36 to avoid clashes.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
