I had the upgrade from SKY+ to SKY Q plus the 1 mini for multiroom. All worked perfectly for the first 2 days. On the third day no live tv on the mini saying no Multi-room subscription, all the Apps work perfectly and the mini is connected to the sky Q main box. Spent 1 hr and half with tech support going through all the resets upgrading the rev levels on each box, reinstalling the mini and main box but multiroom still not working. All he could come up with was that since both boxes were on different rev levels it migh have knocked multiroom off the mini box. Also checked with sky subscription admin that Multiroom is enabled and they say yes. Anyone had this problem could different s/w rev levels on each box knock out Multiroom and if so why did it work on engineer install?, find it hard to believe.
