SKY Q - On demand Stop working after add a firewall and a switch Huawei

I have 3 SKY Q with On demand and we changed our network structure adding a Huawei firewall USG6510F-D and, switches S110-8P2ST.

Our Broadband is EIR and before we install the network devices was working fine when connected directly to EIR modem.

I checked the firewall configuration and we can get IP and shows network, but the On Demand service doesn't work.

 

Could some help?

The consumer equipment is not designed to be put behind a firewall - and Sky will not provide any support for such a configuration.

 

The easiest solution would be to put the main Q in the DMZ.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you for your replay, I did a bypass keeping the switches the service came back with bad stability though.
