SKY Q MINI BOX KEEPS FREEZES

When watching Sky on a tv in another room, my sky freezes when trying to watch a programme.

I have SKY Q, Ultra fast WiFi, WiFi booster and it's now beginning to really frustrate me.  I've never had issues before but now it's happening every day.

Do I need SKY to replace some hardware?

What have you tried already? Have you rebooted the main box and then the mini box?

A few seconds each time.

Yes I've done both.  It's so intermittent which makes it hard to see when it's at its worse. 
In the day it's fine, evening late on quite bad and awful in early hours so it can't be internet speed as it's showing 145Mbps

Are there any other mesh-type networks in your house that are active at specific times of the day?  The reason I ask, is I once used a BT DIsc in my house to push more speed up to my study and all this thing managed to do was have a fight with the Sky mesh network between the Q box and the 3 minis.  They suddenly could not "see" the main box.

Turned off the disc, all back working.

Did you try changing the frequency the BT mesh was using?

No it won't be internet speed, especially if it's using a live satellite channel. Most likely wifi struggling.
